Yes, now that you mention it, the white boxes are clearly tofu boxes. I also happen to call the clear ones ‘tofu box’. I think that’s incorrect, even for me. We sometimes get take Vietnamese away from Springvale that comes in clear boxes.

The ones with the clear sides I call take away boxes, but ones with the opaque sides like you’ve posted I call tofu boxes!

‘To go’ boxes sounded funny to me at first — but I guess no funnier than ‘Take away’ boxes!
