I have turned into my brother

In Jason’s absence, I seem to have taken his place. I come home late and hop on the computer. I chat to friends on MSN/ICQ/IRC.

My parents might be confused. Maybe I should turn back into Joan now! 😉

Joan, I for one am glad you are being Jason-like at the moment. :oD

Besides, so am I. While I am no longer spending hours on msn (and thus can’t incur parents’ wrath), I am still spending hours on the computer, composing (and thus *can* incur parents’ disappointment). *sighs* I just can’t win.

P.S. I read your “about me” section again and was tempted to tell you to add “psychoanalyst”, but then I scrolled down a bit, and just smiled.

I’m glad you appreciated it, ftalk 🙂

My parents are displaying phenomenal tolerance to my anti-social (anti-family?) behaviour at the moment. When I was younger, they would scold me for wasting time, sleeping in, staying up late, sitting in front of the computer, wasting money… and the things I’m doing now.

Now that I’ve graduated, though, they seem to be treating me like an independent adult. Sometimes I think I don’t deserve it!
